Position Title: Aesthetic Therapist
Contract Type: Zero-Hour Contract

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and UK-trained Aesthetic Therapist (Level 6 minimum) to join our team. This is a client-facing role that requires both clinical expertise and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering outstanding aesthetic treatments, while also supporting front-of-house operations including reception duties and client care.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver advanced aesthetic treatments in line with Level 6 training and clinic standards.
* Conduct thorough consultations and create safe, tailored treatment plans.
* Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and clinical excellence.
* Provide reception support: greeting clients, managing bookings, handling enquiries, and answering calls/emails.
* Deliver exceptional client care and build long-lasting client relationships.
* Support administration duties, including maintaining accurate client records, consent forms, and schedules.
* Contribute to social media and marketing: creating engaging content, posting updates, and interacting with our online community.
* Promote clinic services, treatments, and products to support client outcomes and clinic growth.
* Ensure compliance with all clinic policies, industry regulations, and data protection.
Requirements
* Minimum Level 6 qualification in Aesthetics (UK-trained).
* Demonstrated experience delivering advanced aesthetic treatments.
* Excellent communication and client care skills.
* Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
* Confident with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook preferred).
* Professional, reliable, and flexible, with availability to work weekends.
* Comfortable working on a zero-hour contract basis.
* Previous experience in reception, front-of-house, or customer service is desirable.
