Job Description
* Oversee the accounting and finance department, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.
* Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
* Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team to enhance performance and efficiency.
* Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support decision-making.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the professional services industry.
* Monitor cash flow, manage risks, and recommend actions for financial stability.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive financial growth and profitability.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance function.
The Successful Applicant
A successful FD should have:
* A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
* Proven experience in a leadership role within accounting and finance.
* Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with stakeholders.
* A track record of delivering financial strategies and improvements.
* Experience of working in a growing/ scaling company
* Strong experience of working with Netsuite
