Due to expansion across several key vertical markets, the firm is currently seeking a Senior Legal Project Manager to support the legal project management (LPM) team in a variety of high-profile client facing projects. Key Responsibilities of the Legal Project Manager Driving delivery of legal matters in most efficient manner; challenging & considering alternative methods of delivery Setting up & maintaining legal project management tools & processes on matters Providing project management support across all workstreams Assisting with pitches & client presentations Meeting with senior stakeholders to scope matter, create financial agreements, assist with resourcing, engage third parties & consider suitable technologies Assisting with planning legal matters including client requirements, kick off & team briefing meetings & ensuring third parties are engaged as part of the process Managing matter throughout project lifecycle, providing guidance & oversight on scope, financials, planning, resourcing & ensuring a continuous focus on creating efficiencies & value add considerations Providing training to embed a firm-specific approach to legal project management Assisting with the drive to implement the strategic goals of the Legal Project Management team both client and internal facing Being a trusted advisor on Legal Project Management within the team and the firm Skills & Attributes of the Legal Project Manager You will be an experienced Legal Project Manager, looking to step up into a Senior role Ideally you will have a recognised Project Management qualification (PRINCE 2, AMP or PMP) A track record of advising, influencing, and supporting key stakeholders, including external clients Outgoing team player Excellent interpersonal skills, including networking and working with senior stakeholders to articulate the value of LPM Ability to challenge the status quo Applications can only be considered from those eligible to live & work in the UK without restriction.
