Overview
Human Resources Business Partner role at R3vamp. Location: Andover (Hybrid - 4 Days per Week in the Office). Employment type: Permanent. This is a generalist HRBP role supporting the Supply Chain & IT Department, which comprises circa 150 staff, during a digital transformation. You will be the first point of contact for recruitment, L&D, compensation & benefits, employee relations and employee engagement, with hands-on delivery and strategic responsibility.
Your New Role
Our client is a globally recognised houseware manufacturer seeking a new HRBP to join their growing people department. You will take ownership of the Supply Chain & IT Department and lead HR activities across recruitment, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and engagement. The role requires a self-starter who is genuinely passionate about HR and willing to deliver both day-to-day HR activities and higher-level initiatives.
Ensuring Your Success
Level 5 CIPD or equivalent by experience is a must. Ideally, you will come from the Supply Chain industry with a proven track record in a varied generalist position. This role requires strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage complex stakeholders and resolve sensitive issues, while delivering effective HR solutions.
