Role Summary
As Commissioning Support Officer, you will work within the Welsh Kidney Network (WKN) and assist in the smooth and effective running of the network team. You will support a diverse and changing portfolio of work aimed at the continual development of kidney care across Wales, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, patient‑centred services.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive support to the Commissioning Team.
* Collect and collate data and information to support decision‑making and governance.
* Act as the first point of contact for the function for both internal and external organisations.
* Co‑ordinate the delegated function, including updates for reports, service reviews, planning policies, and the Integrated Medium‑Term Plan.
* Coordinate the production of commissioning, contract, and performance information reports.

You will work closely with the core Welsh Kidney Network team and lead clinicians, as well as with colleagues and stakeholders across and within provider Health Boards, Welsh Government and the wider Joint Commissioning Committee.
