Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to oversee the daily operations of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The Duty Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure that all goals and objectives are met. Responsibilities: Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling Ensure that all customer needs are met and that customer satisfaction is maintained Monitor and maintain a safe and efficient work environment Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operations Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all goals and objectives are met Manage inventory and supplies, and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Prepare reports and provide updates to senior management as needed Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
