PR Account Administrator Location: Stoke-on-Trent Salary: £25k - £28K depending on experience Contract: Full-time About the Role We are seeking an organised PR Account Administrator to join our growing marketing agency team. This role will support account managers and directors across a range of client accounts in sectors such as construction, engineering, and technology. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to the PR account team, including scheduling meetings, managing diaries, and preparing agendas and meeting notes Assist with the collation of media coverage for all clients Monitor media coverage and compile regular client reports and coverage books Maintain client campaign plans to ensure teams meet deadlines, and deliverables Help prepare presentations, proposals, and research for new business opportunities Ensure all client and media databases are kept up to date Carry out general office tasks and meeting preparation as and when required.
