What You’ll Do:
* Provide first- and second-line support for end-user hardware and software issues.
* Install and maintain desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and network peripherals.
* Assist with server and network maintenance.
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access.
* Carry out routine system checks, backups, and monitoring.
* Maintain IT documentation for processes, devices, and support tickets.
* Contribute to small IT projects, including hardware upgrades and migrations away from costly virtual/cloud setups.
Technical Skills & Experience:
* Proven hands‑on experience with PCs, laptops, printers, and servers.
* Ability to troubleshoot networking devices (switches, access points, cabling) and basic wiring.
* Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, and user account management.
* Comfortable with hardware diagnostics, component swaps, and routine maintenance tasks.
* Hands on experience with Office 365.
