Role Overview:

As a Migrations Support Specialist, you will ensure smooth transitions for our customers by guiding them through migrations and ownership changes. Reporting to the Migrations Support Supervisor, you'll work with various stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and maintain database integrity, impacting customer experience and operational efficiency.

Your Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end customer migrations, ensuring data accuracy and solutions tailored to customer needs.
* Provide regular updates to customers and internal teams on migration progress.
* Become an expert in Energy Metering migrations and the main migration types.
* Train customers and staff to improve migration processes.
* Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize migration and COO procedures.
* Use tools like Zendesk, PowerBI, and SIMPro to generate reports for decision-making.
* Review customer feedback to enhance migration experiences.
* Handle customer calls and chats efficiently via Zendesk.
* Maintain the accuracy of SIM provisioning systems and verify network batches.
* Build strong relationships with dealers and customers, providing support and guidance.
* Coordinate with network providers for SIM changes during migrations.

Required Skills and Experience:

* At least 1 year in customer service or telco administration, preferably with complex procedures.
* Experience supporting customers via omnichannel CRM systems.
* Background in services or telecommunications, especially with large contracts, is a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
* Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.
