The role This is an exciting opportunity for a Contentious Probate solicitor with a passion for contentious probate to play a key role in the firm's growing dispute resolution offering. You will handle a broad mix of inheritance disputes, contested wills, and probate litigation, while also contributing to the department's strategic growth. What's in it for you? Key responsibilities Managing a caseload focused on contentious probate matters such as will disputes and inheritance claims. About you NQ with relevant experience in probate or general litigation.
