Following the success of its first sites in Oxfordshire and Bristol, Mollie's Manchester opened its doors in late 2025. A further ten locations are already earmarked as part of the immediate expansion plan to forge a new “budget‑luxe” sector in the travel and leisure industry.

Qualifications
Entry‑level chefs with a passion for food and an eagerness to learn are welcome. No experience required – full training will be provided. Candidates must be dedicated to exceeding guest expectations and focused on training and developing within a high‑performing kitchen team to achieve agreed KPIs, controls, and high standards.
Both full and part‑time contracts are available.
Responsibilities
Support the kitchen team in delivering high‑quality dishes, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, follow recipes and portion control, assist in inventory and stock management, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
