What does this role involve?
As a Store Manager, you will be accountable for your store's performance, maximizing sales through physical and digital channels, and achieving store targets by leading an inclusive and diverse team that demonstrates the BHF values.
Each day is different in this varied, fast-paced, and hands-on role. Due to the volume of donations, it can be physically demanding at times, but most rewarding as you help fund life-saving research.
What are we looking for?
* Experience in a customer-facing role in retail, hospitality, or service industry
* Experience leading, motivating, and developing teams
* Ability to achieve sales targets
* Commitment to maintaining the highest retail standards
* Ability to work proactively and adapt to changing business needs
* Thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
* Understanding of budgets and P&L
Our stores operate 7 days a week, requiring flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
