About The Job
Reporting to the VP Marketing, the Production Lead oversees all content production at Omaze, ensuring high-quality creative output across TV, digital, social, PR, and branded content. This senior role manages external production partners, leads internal operations, and drives efficiency and excellence throughout the production process.
The Production Lead will develop and refine Omaze’s production model, balancing outsourced projects with in-house capabilities, including potential development of an in-house studio for original content on owned channels like YouTube. This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on production leader with a creative mindset and experience building scalable content systems.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead all aspects of production across marketing content, including TV commercials, ambassador campaigns, charity and winner films, digital assets, and PR support
* Manage timelines, budgets, schedules, and resources for efficient delivery
* Oversee relationships with external production partners and vendors
* Manage internal production team, including the Senior Production Manager
* Resolve production challenges promptly and effectively
* Define and evolve the long-term production strategy, including in-house vs. outsourced work
* Evaluate and improve production processes and systems
* Foster a high-performance culture ensuring quality, speed, and consistency
* Align production efforts with marketing goals and brand messaging
* Develop a strategic framework for future in-house studio content
* Collaborate on content planning to enhance storytelling beyond campaigns
* Plan resources and test scalable content formats to build long-term engagement
* Identify opportunities where in-house capabilities can enhance storytelling and brand visibility
About You
* 10+ years in senior production roles within creative agencies, entertainment, branded content, or digital media
* Proven track record managing production from concept to delivery across TV, digital, and social platforms
* Experience managing large budgets, agency partnerships, and tight timelines
* Strategic thinker with experience evolving production models and building internal teams
* Ability to balance outsourced and in-house production with sound judgment
* Highly organized, solutions-oriented, and calm under pressure
* Strong leadership and communication skills, experienced influencing senior stakeholders
* Experience with regulated sectors or compliance-sensitive content is a plus
