Responsibilities As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in supporting both residents and staff throughout the night. Your responsibilities will include: Motivating and leading the care team to provide exceptional support. Ensuring safety and well-being by following all safeguarding policies and procedures. Supervising & mentoring Care Workers to help them develop and thrive. Maintaining records and documenting any concerns accurately. What Skills and Experience Do You Need? We’re Looking For Someone Who Shares These Values And Has At least 2 years’ experience in a care worker role. NVQ/QCF Level 2 (or equivalent) and a willingness to work towards Level 3. Experience in implementing and updating care plans, risk assessments, and audits. Leadership experience, including team management, supervision, and conducting annual appraisals.
