We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to join our network from September, providing both short and long-term support in schools. The role of a Cover Supervisor includes: Delivering pre-prepared lessons to classes across Key Stages 3 and 4 Managing behaviour in line with school policies to ensure a focused learning environment Supporting students with their learning and encouraging positive participation Supervising different year groups and departments across the school Ensuring that students remain on task and engaged during lessons The successful Cover Supervisor will have: A CACHE Level 2/3 qualification OR at least 6 months classroom-based experience Strong communication and classroom management skills Confidence to lead classes of students aged 11–16 Flexibility to adapt to different subjects and year groups Why work with TeacherActive?
