Family Lawyer - Bristol Chadwick Nott are instructed on a new opportunity for an experienced Family Lawyer to join a well established national firm known for its strong UK coverage. You'll join a respected Family Department handling a varied and rewarding caseload of divorce and financial matters, including: Managing your own caseload of divorce and finance files Drafting and advising on pre nuptial and cohabitation agreements Conducting your own advocacy where appropriate Supporting business development and networking Supervising and developing junior team members This is a role with genuine career progression for someone who wants to take ownership, build their profile and work within a supportive, collaborative team. Candidate Requirements We're looking for someone who: Is a Solicitor or FCILEx (authorised litigator) with 8 years' PQE (or equivalent experience) Has strong experience running a full divorce and finance caseload Brings excellent advocacy skills and confidence handling urgent or complex matters Has experience supervising junior colleagues Is proactive, innovative and able to generate work (Desirable) Has experience in international divorce/finance matters or is Resolution Accredited Why Join?
