Before & After School Club Playworker - Level 2Location: West WirralStart Date: ASAPHours: 7:45am - 8:45am and 3:15pm - 5:45pm (Monday to Friday)Pay: £16.30 per hourContract: Long-Term, Part-TimeQualification Required: Level 2 Playwork or Teaching Assistant Spencer Clarke Group are working in partnership with a warm and welcoming primary school in West Wirral who are seeking a Level 2 qualified Playworker or Teaching Assistant to support their before and after school club provision. This is a part-time, long-term role, perfect for someone looking for regular hours across both the morning and afternoon sessions, starting as soon as possible. Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and engage children during breakfast and after school club activities
* Create a safe, inclusive and fun environment for all pupils
* Support children with play, social interaction and light snacks
* Ensure safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed at all times
Requirements:
* Level 2 qualification in Playwork or Teaching Assistant
* Previous experience in a school or childcare setting
* Friendly, reliable and confident working with primary-aged children
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position.
