In this exciting role, you will: Provide technical and learning support to staff and students during practical sessions. Undertake assessment and quality assurance duties in line with College and awarding body standards. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. Give constructive feedback to students to support their progress, achievement and confidence. Manage stock control, including ordering, maintaining and issuing supplies and equipment. Contribute to a positive and professional salon and classroom environment, reflecting industry standards. Deliver classroom demonstrations to aid outstanding teaching and learning within EKC Folkestone College. Recent industrial experience in a relevant trade or discipline. Qualified to Level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant subject area. Experience in education or workplace training (desirable). Ability to work effectively with young people, helping them achieve their full potential in line with the College’s values and ethos.
