The Role
You will manage a mixed caseload of personal injury and clinical negligence matters, including:
1. Handling claimant personal injury and clinical negligence claims from inception to conclusion
2. Investigating liability and quantum, including instructing and liaising with medical and other expert witnesses
3. Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and court documents
4. Conducting negotiations and achieving settlements
5. Advising clients with sensitivity and clarity throughout the claims process
6. Ensuring compliance with relevant procedures, protocols, and time limits
