The Role Includes:
Full teaching responsibility for a Year 4 class.
Planning and delivering engaging Lower KS2 lessons.
Supporting pupils in developing independence and resilience.
Delivering structured Maths and English lessons with clear differentiation.
Preparing pupils for transition into Upper KS2.
Assessing, tracking and reporting pupil progress.
Maintaining strong communication with parents and leadership.
The School Is Looking For:
QTS and recent primary teaching experience.
Experience within KS2 (Year 3-6 desirable).
Strong curriculum knowledge across core subjects.
Confident behaviour management skills.
Ability to challenge high-attaining pupils while supporting those requiring intervention.
