Job Title: Care Assistant Basingstoke
Location: Basingstoke
Salary: £13.00 - £15.00 per hour + mileage allowance (45p per mile)
Contract Type: Full-time and part-time positions available
Shift Patterns: Flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends

About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you'll provide person-centred care to adults with a variety of needs, including:
* Physical disabilities
* Learning disabilities
* Dementia and mental health conditions
* Adults over and under 65 years
* Personal care and medication support
You'll also assist with community access and maintain accurate documentation.
Shift Details & Pay Rates
* Weekdays (08:0019:00): £13.00/hour
* Weekdays Premium (Before 08:00 & After 19:00): £14.00/hour
* Weekends (08:0019:00): £14.00/hour
* Weekends Premium (Before 08:00 & After 19:00): £15.00/hour
* Mileage: 45p per mile
What Were Looking For

* Reliability and flexibility
Essential:
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Live locally to Basingstoke (due to travel requirements)
* Valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
* Experience is welcome but not essential, full training provided
