Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance team and company performance Coordinate workloads and manage team rotas to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) Audit customer, supplier, and documentation for accuracy and timeliness Provide support during operational challenges Foster a culture of learning and development within the team, conducting regular one-to-one meetings and maintaining accurate training and performance records Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and regulatory developments, taking responsibility for your own professional growth. Qualifications Proven experience in a customer-focused environment, delivering excellence and meeting deadlines Demonstrated supervisory skills and experience leading small teams A genuine enthusiasm for travel and a strong understanding of our unique products and services Experience working in a busy telephone-based environment Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office Suite (Windows, Outlook, Excel, etc.) Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong time management and organizational abilities, with meticulous attention to detail Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and influencing skills A proactive, self-assured approach with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels We receive multiple applications for each role and we do our very best to ensure that you receive a response.
