Responsibilities of the Learning & Development Senior Manager
1. Lead the design, delivery, and management of training programmes that build skills and knowledge across all staff levels.
2. Collaborate with managers, partners, and HR to identify training needs and set clear development priorities.
3. Create and update engaging training resources, including videos, presentations, and written materials, and maintain the firms training calendar.
4. Oversee post-qualification training by coordinating with training partners/directors to source and organise technical learning.
