The Governors are seeking to recruit an outstanding leader who:

§ has a strong knowledge of teaching and learning as well as expertise in curriculum design and development.
§ will foster strong relationships not only with the staff and pupils, but also our parents/carers and governors, and is committed to putting the school at the heart of the community.
§ can lead a committed and skilled team of staff to excel in providing a fully inclusive education to all our children, and continue to raise standards.
§ is an inspiring leader that has our children’s learning, emotional well-being and happiness at the forefront of every decision.
§ has a clear vision for the future of our school, with the passion and drive to fulfil this vision.
All Saints maintained standards as a ‘Good’ school by Ofsted (February 2025) and ‘Outstanding’ by SIAMS (March 2018).
