The Role
As an Autism Support Expert, you will:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with ASD
* Implement structured routines and individual learning strategies
* Support communication using tools such as visual aids and PECS
* Help students develop social skills, emotional regulation, and independence
* Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to deliver tailored support
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience supporting children or young people with Autism (ASD)
* Understanding of EHCPs and personalised learning approaches
* A calm, patient, and adaptable approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Background in education, care, or support work (school‑based experience desirable)
