Position Overview
As a Sprayer Operator, you will play a crucial role in delivering timely and precise applications of chemistry and liquid fertiliser using modern, well-maintained self-propelled sprayers. Your work will directly impact the quality and productivity of crops across Norfolk, contributing to the overall success of the company and its customers.
Responsibilities
* Operate self-propelled sprayers to apply chemistry and liquid fertiliser
* Perform potato haulm flailing and fogging tasks
* Conduct soil sampling and crop protection deliveries
* Maintain and troubleshoot equipment for optimal performance
* Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
Requirements
* PA1 & PA2 qualifications (full training provided)
* Experience operating farm machinery
* Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment
* Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Commitment to safety and adherence to best practices
