Job Title: Registered Children’s Home Manager Location: Warrington (Runcorn) Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum Working Hours: Full-Time (40 hours per week) Service: Children’s Home Service Users: Young People (YPs) – Solo Placements, Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), Trauma, Neglect Qualifications Required: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) NVQ 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) Full UK Driving Licence Experience in Years Required: Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within an Ofsted registered children’s home Employment Type: Permanent The Home: Number of Beds: Solo Placement Location: Warrington (Runcorn) Type of YPs: EBD, Trauma, Neglect Ofsted Rating: Newly established, aiming for Good or Outstanding Ratio of staff to children: 2:1 Who we are looking for… We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager (or Deputy Manager ready for the next step) with a proven background in managing children’s residential homes.
