Role – Parts Advisor
Salary – £28,500 Basic | OTE £33,000
Location – Llandudno
Richard Abson Group are assisting a prestige car dealership in Llandudno in their search for an experienced Parts Advisor.
The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating all parts sales, ensuring Technicians and customers have the right parts available when required. Duties will include handling customer enquiries, liaising over the phone, supplying parts to both retail and workshop customers, and managing stock within a busy parts department.
You will need to have excellent customer service skills, strong organisation, and a good understanding of customer requirements to recommend the most suitable products and services. Please note that some lifting and carrying will be involved within the role.
The dealership is offering a basic salary of £28,500 with an OTE of £33,000, including bonus and overtime opportunities.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.
