11. Adapt and differentiate learning programmes to meet the needs of allocated pupils
12. Support the delivery of targeted interventions and inclusion-specific curriculum pathways
13. Maintain and update accurate pupil records, including SEN, medical, and pastoral information
14. Contribute to SEN intervention plans, provision maps, PSPs, behaviour plans, and risk assessments
15. Prepare and collate evidence for assessments, care plans, and funding applications (including HNF and LIP)
16. Liaise routinely with staff, parents, carers, and external agencies
17. Support a holistic approach to student development, including wellbeing, aspirations, and social and emotional growth
What We’re Looking For
18. A genuine commitment to supporting vulnerable children and young people
19. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships
20. Good organisational skills and attention to detail in record keeping
21. The ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider pastoral team
22. Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive approach
What We Offer:
23. The opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of young people
24. A supportive and collaborative pastoral and inclusion team
