At The Mead Educational Trust, we have a new position open for a Data Analyst (HR data) to join the friendly central team, providing effective support to the Head of Payroll and Reward.
Job overview: This role will specialise in HR & Payroll data. Transforming raw data into actionable insights, empowering our Trust and its academies to make well informed decisions. The role is pivotal in unlocking the value of data by employing analytical techniques, statistical methods, and data visualisation. Also supporting the maintenance of data in the payroll & HR systems, as well as extracting data from them.
Responsibilities
* Transform raw data into actionable insights to support decision making across the Trust and its academies.
* Support the maintenance of data in payroll and HR systems, and extract data as required.
Requirements
* GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Essential).
* Educated to a degree level, related degree preferred (Desirable).
* A working knowledge of data and MIS systems (Essential).
* Ability to demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of theory and good practice in key areas: identifying and implementing data capture systems, bringing data together from a variety of sources, and creating bespoke analysis for different stakeholders (Essential).
Employment details
This is a part time post, at 32.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year or alternatively 37 hours per week, term time plus 2 weeks (salary will be determined accordingly).
Interviews for this post will take place in October.
