Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to lead our marketing and launch various projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of marketing principles, with a particular focus on social media marketing and B2B marketing. This role requires proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, as well as the ability to analyse data and generate insights to inform our strategies.
Duties
* Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
* Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to enhance online visibility.
* Manage and write relevant medical content updates/blogs on our WordPress website, ensuring all information is accurate and engaging.
* Create visually appealing graphics and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop.
* Utilise Google Ads for campaign management, monitoring performance metrics to optimise results.
* Analyse data using Google Analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
* Support social media management by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking performance metrics.
* Collaborate with team members on project management tasks to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
* Assist in copy writing for various marketing materials, including newsletters, blog posts, and promotional content.
* Maintain organised records of marketing activities using Microsoft Excel and other tools.
Experience
The successful candidate should have:
* A background in Marketing or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
* Familiarity with B2B marketing practices.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret data effectively.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Leadership qualities that contribute to team dynamics.
* Previous experience with email marketing platforms is advantageous.
