We are seeking an ambitious Architect to join our established and award-winning team based in Penrith. As part of our dynamic and collaborative environment, the successful applicant will work on a diverse range of Residential and Commercial projects, covering all RIBA stages. The ideal candidate will have strong design and technical skills, with proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD. Position Overview
* Confidently work on a variety of Residential and Commercial projects throughout all RIBA stages
* Develop designs into working drawings using Revit, AutoCAD (or both), ensuring all drawings meet regulatory and company standards
* Prepare and produce plans and documents for statutory approvals
* Prepare drawings and submissions of planning / building regulations
* Help with and coordinate the design and production of comprehensive design information
* Conduct occasional site visits
* Participate in team meetings
Skill Requirements
About You:
* ARB Qualified Architect
* Good knowledge of Revit or AutoCAD
* Ability to work independently and as part of a design / technical team
* Good knowledge of UK building regulations and planning processes
* Motivated individual with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Strong design and technical drawing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality, detailed construction drawings
* Experience across all RIBA Stages
* Able to run projects
* Based within a commutable distance of Penrith
* Prior experience in a similar role and within the construction industry is advantageous
