As a Disability Employment Coach in our Connect to Work programme, you’ll be at the heart of supporting residents with disabilities and complex barriers to employment. What You’ll Do
In this rewarding role, you’ll:
1. Act as a Key Worker, managing a caseload of clients with diverse support needs.
2. Build trusted relationships and co-create tailored job search plans.
3. Deliver individual and group support sessions in community settings.
4. Work collaboratively with families, carers, employers, and partner agencies.
5. Coordinate interventions and monitor progress to ensure lasting impact.
