Your Role: Provide high quality 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line technical support across various channels including our proprietary technologies. Lead and mentor an IT Administrator, including conducting reviews, and supporting their professional development. Manage and track all IT assets for our office and field-based teams Set up all equipment and systems for new starters, and deliver engaging IT inductions and tailored technical training as needed Maintain and create clear and precise IT documentation and support processes Collaborate with teams across the business on projects and assist with ad-hoc technical tasks What you’ll bring: Proven experience in providing comprehensive IT support, diagnosing and resolving diverse hardware and software issues, with a flexible approach to ad hoc support outside of regular hours. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to providing solutions. Solid experience in administering Windows OS, Office 365, and Google Workspace, along with familiarity with VPN configuration and support, VOIP systems, and antivirus software management. Any exposure to SQL/database and web maintenance (including SSL and domains) is desirable. Understanding of core network services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WSUS) and a security-conscious mindset. Organisational skills, attention to detail, willingness to learn and team leading experience are essential.
