We design, manufacture, and deliver high-quality timber buildings to customers across the UK, combining practical craftsmanship with scale and innovation.
With multiple sites and in-house production, we are focused on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and investing in our people as we grow. At Woodlands, attitude, teamwork, and a hands-on approach matter. We create opportunities for people to develop, progress, and make a real impact.
Role Overview
The Quality Lead plays a key role in improving product and service quality across our operations. This is a hands-on, shop-floor-focused role, working closely with production, supply chain, logistics, and aftercare teams to reduce defects, rework, complaints, and service failures.
You will help define what good quality looks like, embed it into everyday working practices, and ensure issues are resolved properly at root cause level. This role is about building consistency, accountability, and pride in quality as the business continues to grow.
This is a visible and influential role within our TOPEx continuous improvement programme, with real scope to shape how quality is delivered across Woodlands.
