We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Care Assistant to join our team at the care home. Whether providing long or short-term, convalescence, respite or palliative care, our focus is on delivering the highest quality service at all times. Do you fit this role?
Please note we have both full-time and part-time roles available, for day and night shifts.

About You
As a Care Assistant working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents. Your duties include assisting with personal care activities such as washing, hygiene, dressing, and helping with meals.
Providing care with compassion, ensuring residents retain their dignity and individuality. You might help someone with limited mobility learn to use an aid, offer emotional support to distressed residents, or provide end-of-life care, always prioritizing their well-being.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and to seek advice and escalate concerns when necessary.
