We are looking for someone to help us plan for and deliver regeneration and growth opportunities at Manchester Piccadilly and other central railway station areas.
Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver regeneration and growth opportunities at Manchester Piccadilly and surrounding regeneration areas.
* Work collaboratively with public and private sector partners to achieve project outcomes.
* Manage regeneration projects to meet tight deadlines and deliver on scope and budget.
* Prepare and deliver clear reports, briefings and presentations to senior managers, council members and other stakeholders.
* Research information, analyse data and present findings in a concise, actionable form.
Qualifications
* Strong record of partnership working with the public and private sectors.
* Successful experience managing regeneration projects and delivering outcomes.
* Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.
* Excellent communication and report‑writing skills.
* Ability to work with senior managers and council members.
* Good research skills and ability to present information quickly.
* References covering a minimum of three years’ employment history.
* Evidence of right to work in the UK before commencement of employment (as required by Home Office guidance).
