Senior Pharmacy Support Worker
Band 3 - £24,937 - £26,598 per annum

In This Role You Will
* Day to day support and guidance for the daily activities of the Medicines Support Workers and proactively contribute to the achievement of deliverables through individual and team effort. This includes setting an effective weekly rota, workflow and assignment of tasks for the packing of pouches and control risks.
* Support team members to deliver on their functionally relevant objectives through offering advice, guidance and support as appropriate.
* Ensure that resources are used effectively and in accordance with agreed procedures.
* Actively promote the flow of work through the department and communicate with Distribution hubs and Stations when obstacles arise.
* Liaise with Senior Professionals and related functions to ensure that work is completed to schedule, not overlooked or duplicated.
* Contribute to the stock control within the department, including participating in stock‑checks, tracing and resolving stock discrepancies, being proactive in ensuring that urgently required drugs are sourced.
* Work a fixed shift pattern covering either early or late shifts 5 days per week (specifics to be discussed).
