We are looking for a Services Manager to lead our team in our busy Roseland office. Maintaining strong communication with all relevant parties, including owners and contractors, you will co-ordinate housekeeping and property management activities to ensure that properties are ready for guests, to the highest standards.
The successful candidate will need to:
* Ensure that all properties have an assigned Housekeeper
* View all new managed properties and establish cleaning requirements with Property Managers
* Liaise with laundry suppliers and Housekeepers to ensure that a first-class service is delivered
* Identify and recruit new contractors and Housekeepers across the property portfolio
* Investigate any cleaning or damage related complaints
* Liaise with owners to establish the bespoke needs of their properties
* Manage a small team, organising regular meetings and generally overseeing duties
As Services Manager, you'll need to have exceptional communication and IT skills, as well as proven leadership or managerial experience. A positive, 'can do' attitude is key, as are great planning, prioritisation, and time-management abilities. A basic understanding of accounts is preferable but not essential.
This role will be both office and field based, therefore applicants must hold a full UK driver's licence and have their own transport available.
