Permanent Practice Nurse Walsall
£35,000 p/a
Dream Medical is working with a modern GP practice in Walsall that is currently looking for a Full-time Practice Nurse to start ASAP.
The position is permanent and full-time, with duties including:
* Working as part of a team alongside GPs, Nurses, and healthcare assistants
* Knowledge or experience of Chronic Disease Management
* Care of patients presenting with undifferentiated health problems
* Child and adult immunisations
* Cervical Cytology
* Diabetes, Asthma, and COPD monitoring
* Family planning
* Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Up-to-date knowledge of QOF and Enhanced Services
* Current knowledge of clinical updates, immunisations, and vaccinations
