About the Role: Deliver engaging and stimulating Business lessons across the curriculum (Years 7-11). Develop a deep understanding of business concepts, financial literacy, and key economic principles in students. Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and ensure all students reach their full potential. Effectively prepare students for GCSE examinations. Contribute to the development of the Business curriculum, ensuring alignment with the National Curriculum. Play a role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that upholds the school's Catholic values. The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Business Teacher with a minimum of 2 years' successful teaching experience (recent ECTs welcome). A demonstrable track record of raising student achievement and fostering a love of learning. Excellent subject knowledge and the ability to stay up-to-date with current business trends and developments. Strong pedagogical skills and the ability to deliver engaging and interactive lessons. A commitment to high standards and creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that respects all faiths. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. A willingness to support the Catholic ethos of the school (desirable but not mandatory).
