Overview
FRAZER (part of STARK) is a leading provider of specialist civils, infrastructure & utilities products and solutions. We are looking for a National Account Manager to work with our clients within the South East of England. Location: this role will involve regular travel to our clients within the South East of England.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with the National Account Director to shape and evolve our sales strategy and value proposition across the business.
* Develop trusted relationships with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to deliver outstanding service and drive growth.
* Manage National Accounts that will mostly be construction contractors or house builders.
* Understand customer needs deeply and identify opportunities to enhance our products and services.
* Use data analysis to monitor business performance and uncover ways to improve results.
* Identify and pursue opportunities with new, lapsed, or dormant customers.
Skills and Experience Required
* Full UK Driving license.
* Experience managing regional or national customer accounts.
* Previous experience within a builder’s merchant or with building materials is preferred.
* Experience working within sales and account management.
* Ability to think “customer first” at all times and translate a customer proposition into tangible plans through influencing and engaging.
* A good understanding of digital sales tools and systems.
* Ability to think strategically and translate into actions.
* Strong relationship management and networking skills.
* Ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
