The role includes: Supporting pupils with additional needs including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and communication needs Working 1:1 and in small groups Supporting emotional regulation and classroom engagement Building trusting relationships with pupils and staff Helping pupils feel safe, supported, and ready to learn You’ll need: Experience supporting children or young people with SEND A calm and positive approach Strong communication and relationship-building skills Team Teach or Thrive training is helpful, but not essential Not Thrive trained yet?
