Salary: £32,000 – £36,000
A well-established architectural practice in East Midlands is looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join its growing team. The practice works across a broad range of sectors, including logistics, education, hospitality, civic, leisure, and residential.

The Role
8. Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction packages using Revit
9. Lead the technical development and coordination of projects across multiple sectors
10. Work closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients throughout project delivery
11. Ensure designs comply with current building regulations, planning requirements, and technical standards
12. Support projects through all RIBA stages, from concept to completion
13. Assist with problem-solving and technical detailing throughout the construction process
Requirements
14. Degree qualified in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
15. Significant experience within a UK architectural practice
16. Strong technical knowledge of UK building regulations and construction methods
17. Proficiency in Revit is essential
18. Excellent communication and coordination skills
19. Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively within a collaborative team environment
20. CIAT accreditation, or a desire to work towards chartership, would be advantageous
