Join to apply for the Guest Services Assistant role at Center Parcs UK & Ireland. Be the difference between guests experiencing a good break and a great break at Center Parcs. The Guest Services team handle the check-in of around 4,000 guests twice a week at each Village and are the key point of contact for guest queries, concerns and issues at any time of day or year. Each Guest Services team is integral to delivering an experience that will exceed guests’ expectations, from the moment they drive into Center Parcs, until the moment they leave.
Role and responsibilities
* Check guests in at the Arrivals Lodge and handle enquiries on arrival
* Provide guests with advice, answer queries and resolve problems
* Handle guest complaints and escalate issues where necessary
* Book activities on the leisure booking system
* Report faults to the Technical Services and Housekeeping departments
* Deal with enquiries over the telephone and face-to-face
Hours of work
You will be contracted to work 120 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. As our village is open 365 days a year, your working hours will include public/bank holidays and, on a rota basis, Christmas and/or New Year.

Essential requirements:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A good level of computer literacy
* Friendly, genuine, and warm towards guests and colleagues
* Works well with others in a team

* Previous experience working in a similar role or environment
