This role will form part of a team of managers and coordinators responsible for implementing and managing multi-country, multi-service outsourcing engagements. These engagements typically include coordinating the preparation of annual tax returns and financial statements for clients operating in ten or more countries. The role demands the highly proactive management of multiple concurrent engagements and proposals and so requires exceptional organisational skills.

3. Drive commercial performance and business growth, leading tenders, onboarding new clients, managing fees, billing, and financial performance across your portfolio.
4. Shape and strengthen the wider practice, contributing to recruitment, global network collaboration, service improvements, and departmental efficiency initiatives.
