Slough Mental Health Services’ Co-production Pathway is seeking a well organised and passionate person with good communication and interpersonal skills. The post holder will work directly with adults with complex mental health needs in the Slough community through focusing on their individual needs and equipping them with skills which will empower them to manage their own mental health and promote recovery.

• You will work with Volunteer Peer Mentorsand co-facilitate workshops within Hope College
• Youwillcontributeto the delivery of theAccreditedTherapeutic Communityand all relatedactivitiesthat ensure its continuous accreditation
• You will be reliable and knowledgeable,andyou will have great IT skills and be familiar with various systems and software packages.
• You will needto beable to travel independently across Berkshire.

The “must haves” for you to be considered for this role:
• Batchelor degree in Psychology
• Experience of mental health distress either as a worker, carer or service user
• Good inter-personal skills, e.g. able to empathise, listen to others and be non-judgemental.
• An enhanced DBS check
