The role focuses on developing and executing the company's integrated transport policy, fostering partnerships with local authorities and transport operators, and enhancing the customer journey through multi-modal initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing and implementing the Integrated Transport Strategy
2. Managing partnerships and securing funding for transport projects
3. Optimizing transport policies and practices
4. Promoting integrated transport within the organization
5. Building partnerships with local authorities and supporting community initiatives
6. Engaging stakeholders, media relations, and GDPR compliance
The ideal candidate will have experience in transport integration, travel planning, and multi-modal projects, preferably outside the rail industry. They should possess strong relationship-building, networking, and communication skills, with project management experience and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Experience in the railway sector is a plus.
