This role will be 2/3 days WFH and 2/3 days travelling to different Hampshire sites or at an office in the Hampshire area. We are currently recruiting for a Process Reliability Engineer based in Hampshire. The successful candidate will have expertise in creating and implementing strategies to ensure high standards of asset maintenance, aiming to increase reliability and minimize downtime. The role involves expanding the team to focus on delivering strategies within Wastewater, transitioning from reactive to planned maintenance, and establishing a reliability-centered maintenance approach during our AMP 8 investment period. As the Process Reliability Engineer, you will design and implement RCM strategies to maintain assets cost-effectively and efficiently, ensuring reliability, legislative, and environmental compliance. You will monitor maintenance strategies through asset performance reviews, asset surveillance, KPI trending, and asset information analysis to improve uptime and efficiency. Responsibilities include conducting reliability studies such as FMECA and RCA assessments, applying industry standards and best practices in asset engineering, and maintaining detailed documentation of reliability strategies, maintenance procedures, failure analyses, and best practices. To succeed in this role, you should have: Thorough knowledge of wastewater operational equipment and processes. Knowledge of FMECA, RCA, Reliability Block Diagrams (not essential). Experience in analyzing, operating, and maintaining assets. Ability to prioritize, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines. Effective stakeholder engagement skills. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Flexible work approach with an engaging personal style. Excellent logical, analytical, and planning skills. A Process Engineering degree or equivalent relevant industry experience.
