Binnies an RSK group company is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our Water Services Major Projects business unit. Our team consults, delivers and manages major programmes across the UK water sector, and this role will play a key part in driving the continued strategic growth of our Major Projects portfolio.

Reporting to the Major Projects Director and working closely with fellow Team Leaders across Water Services, you will help plan, resource and deliver projects for key clients—ensuring excellent performance, strong relationships and high‑quality technical and commercial outcomes. The role can be based at any of our offices with flexible working arrangements, though travel to client and Binnies offices in London and the rest of the UK will be required.

Our current portfolio includes exciting and nationally significant schemes such as Thames Water’s White Horse Reservoir and the Thames to Southern Transfer, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the UK’s future water resilience.

Key Responsibilities

* Take a lead fee‑earning role on major projects, including commercial and project management activities.
* Plan, execute, monitor and control multiple medium‑ to high‑complexity projects across scope, time, cost, quality, resources, communications, risk, procurement and stakeholders.
* Manage and administer multiple contracts effectively.
* Ensure project teams deliver or exceed As‑Sold financial metrics.
* Balance delivery and resourcing needs across a diverse major projects portfolio.
* Lead and develop a team, providing direction, guidance and supporting strategic growth.
* Chair and facilitate professional client meetings and support business development activities.
* Translate client needs into clear scopes of work that add value for clients and Binnies.
* Assess technical and commercial project risks and implement suitable mitigation.
* Lead bid pursuits as Bid Manager or Bid Director, including proposal development and costing of new opportunities.
